This website is a free referral service for homeowners in Rockland County, New York, who need basement waterproofing, drainage, sump pump, foundation crack or crawl space work. It is operated by Sizzle Dealz Inc. Contact: lichtandco@mail.tab.bot.
What we collect
What you type into the quote form (name, phone, email if given, town, the service you need, details and any photos), the page you submitted it from, and standard server logs. If you call the phone number on this site, the voicemail system records your message and caller ID.
How we use it
To pass your request to an independent local waterproofing contractor so it can contact you about the work, and to follow up if the company does not. We do not sell your information and we do not use it for unrelated marketing.
Who receives it
One or more independent waterproofing contractors serving Rockland County, chosen by us for your town and job. Their use of your information is governed by their own practices. The form is processed by FormSubmit (formsubmit.co), which emails us your submission.
How long we keep it
Quote requests are kept for up to 24 months so we can follow up and keep track of which company received which request, then deleted. Email lichtandco@mail.tab.bot to have yours deleted sooner.
Children
This site is for adult homeowners and does not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version will be posted here with a new date.
